In order to make a purchase from Pickle Print, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give an email address. We use this email address to contact the user when necessary – including but not limited to proof approval notifications, job status notifications, and all other job related issues.
Ordering
We request information from the user during our ordering process. A user must provide contact information (such as name, phone number and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for credit card authorization and to fill customer orders. Contact information is also used to send information about our company or to get in touch with the user when necessary. The user may opt out of receiving future mailings from us. Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user’s identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. We offer our customer the ability to upload mailing lists. The personal information on those lists is formatted into a mailing address to be printed onto one of our offered ailing products purchases by the customer. Information contained in these lists is confidential and will not be used for any other reason without the express written consent of the customer.
