Proofing is the process whereby you confirm that your job is ok to print. You will either be proofing your own print-ready artwork or you will be proofing a design that our Pickle Crew has submitted for your review.

Proofing My Print-Ready Artwork

For help with preparing your files, please refer to the “Preparing Files” link in our Help Center. When you step through our check-out process, you will be requested to upload your files. After you have successfully uploaded your artwork you will be able to view and approve your proof immediately.

Approving a Design from the Pickle Crew

If you have chosen to have our Pickle Crew customize your design, you will not be prompted to upload files during your checkout process. Instead, one of our Pickle Crew members will call you to discuss your specific project and needs. Once your file is ready for review, you will receive an email directing you to login and “View My Proofs.” You have the option to approve or reject the design and enter applicable notes. This process continues until you are 100% happy with your final design. Once you “Accept” your design the print process begins!

*Please note that not all monitors are created equal. Because of varations in monitor type, resolution, color settings, etc. we cannot guarantee that your printed job will match exactly what you see on your screen. If you would like to confirm your colors please call and request a physical proof.
